Reflexology - 60mins

What happens during a reflexology treatment?

On your first visit the reflexology practitioner will conduct a full personal consultation. This consultation enables the treatment to be tailored to your specific needs.

A reflexology treatment generally lasts for about one hour. You may or may not disrobe, it is entirely up to the client; however the therapist will have to access the lower legs at the end of the treatment. You will be invited to sit or lie on a comfortable treatment couch. The reflexologist will then use their hands to apply precise pressure techniques to the feet treating specific points which correspond to all organs and systems of the body. The reflexology treatment usually takes about 45-50 mins and is finished with 10 minutes of hot stone massage on the feet to leave you feeling as if your walking on air! (1 hr in total)

Following treatment, any significant findings will be discussed with you. As the effects of reflexology are cumulative, many people find it beneficial to continue with regular treatments. It is recommended that you would have a course of at least 3-4 treatments before you can truly experience the real benefits of reflexology.
